Norman Chocolate Festival

Thank you to everyone who made the 2018 Norman Chocolate Festival a success! We'll be back in 2019! Look for a date to be announced this summer.

The Norman Chocolate Festival (previously hosted by the Firehouse Art Center) is an annual event with a rich history of bringing the community together to support education. This will be the first year for the Norman PTA Council to present the Chocolate Festival. During the festival, partnering restaurants and businesses will offer thousands of samples of delectable treats for those who wish to purchase tickets. Tickets can be purchased for 4 one-hour-long sessions. During each session, ticket holders will receive 10 tastes. Premium admission ticket holders will receive 5 additional tastes. The majority of proceeds from this event will support education in Norman Public Schools through grants for school PTA projects.

The Norman Chocolate Festival has a no-refund policy.

Limited-edition event T-shirts are available for pre-order with the online purchase of a ticket or a donation through EventBrite. T-shirts will also be available at the festival.

The Norman PTA Council is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization chartered under the Oklahoma state and National PTA.  The mission of the PTA is three-fold: to support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community, and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children; to assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; and, to encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.  The PTA Council in Norman is made up of 20 PTA units at all levels (elementary, middle, and high schools) and represents almost 4,000 members.

Norman businesses have joined the Norman PTA Council as business partners and have designated their membership donation to go towards scholarships for a deserving senior from each of the two Norman high schools.  Scholarship applications must be postmarked by June 1, 2018.  Download the application for requirements and more details.
